Mrs. Harold Krank – Ohea

  • ½ lb graham crackers
  • ½ lb dates, pitted and chopped
  • ½ c chopped nuts
  • ½ lb marshmallows, diced
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt

Roll crackers into crumbs. Combine ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add some cream if too dry. Form into a roll. Wrap in waxed paper. Let stand overnight. Slice and serve with whipped cream.

Serves 10.
