Fudge Bundt Cake

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. very dark chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 C. Wesson oil
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 5 large eggs
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Preheat the oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except the chocolate pieces in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer about 2 to 3 minutes. Fold the chocolate pieces into the batter. Bake 45 minutes or until it tests for doneness. Cool, unmold onto a serving platter. Dust with confectioners sugar if desired.
