Cornbread Cake

- 2 blocks margarine
- 2 C. milk
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 4 C. pancake mix
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 5 T. cornmeal
Preheat the oven to 350°. Melt the margarine and let cool a little. Mix in the milk and eggs. Add in the pancake mix, sugar, baking soda, and cornmeal. Mix well then pour into a 9″x13″ pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
