Food Processor Feta Cheese Ball

  • 2 Tbsp. parsley leaves
  • 5 large red radishes
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 2 medium green onions, cut into 1″ pieces
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature, cut into 4 pieces)
  • 4 oz. feta cheese (cut in half and rinsed)
  • 1 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • Salt to taste

Use metal blade. Process parsley (on/off pulse); place aside. Then do radishes; set aside. Next do garlic. Add onion and process for 3 seconds. Add cream cheese pieces, feta cheese, sour cream, and spices. Process 20 seconds (on/off pulse).

Spoon into a lined bowl. (I use a Cool Whip plastic container lined with plastic wrap.) Cover and chill.

Before serving: Remove plastic, roll in radishes, and cover with parsley. Looks attractive!

Note: Can refrigerate 5 days. Very good served with Waverly wafers.
