Egg Soup
Mrs. Thelma Woo – Papaikou
- 4 eggs
- Green onions, chopped fine
- Salad oil
- 5 c water
- Ginger root
- Dash of liquor, if desired
Heat oil in pan. Crack eggs into it. Fry slightly (light brown), add onions, ginger and water. Add salt to taste and liquor. Serve hot.
