Easy Chocolate Bars

Class of 1972

  • 1 pkg (4½-oz) instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 pkg (8-oz) chocolate chips
  • 6 graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar together, combining thoroughly. Press mixture firmly into ungreased brownie pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over mixture. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix pudding, Bisquick, salad oil and eggs. Blend well until smooth. Spread immediately over chocolate chips and graham cracker crust. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and cut into squares.
