Crunch Nut Cookies
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1½ cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Mix thoroughly sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture, then add nuts. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F. until brown.
