Crisp Won Ton #3
- 1 can (small) luncheon meat, grated
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. chop sui yam or water chestnut, chopped fine
- 1 box won ton pi squares
Combine the first three ingredients. Place 1 tsp. of the filling in the center of the won ton squares. Wet the edges of the squares to seal the ingredients in. Drop in deep fat oil. (For soft won ton, the squares may be dropped in soup stock.)
