Creamsicle Cake

- 1 box white or yellow cake mix
- 3 oz. box orange Jell-O
- 1 C. boiling water
- 1/2 C. cold water
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 oz. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 C. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. orange extract
Bake cake in a 9″x13″ pan according to the cake box instructions. Cool cake then poke holes in cake using a chopstick. Thoroughly dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, then add cold water. Pour Jell-O liquid over entire cake. Beat together Cool Whip, vanilla instant pudding, milk, vanilla and orange extracts. Spread frosting over cake and refrigerate.
