Coffee Cake

Betty Inouye

• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. brown sugar

Beat together. Add:

• 4 Tbsp. Wesson oil
• 1/2 c. milk

Sift:

• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Put in 325 degree oven. Reset to 375 degrees. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 8×8-inch pan.
