Coffee Cake #2

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs. Fold in sour cream. Fold in dry ingredients. Add vanilla.

Topping – Mix together:

  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Place half of topping in between and half on top. Pan size: 9×13-inches. Oven: 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
