Chinese Pretzel
Mrs. Doris Sumimoto – Ohea
- ¾ box cornstarch
- 1½ c flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 c water
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
Sift flour, cornstarch, salt, add sugar, water, beaten eggs and mix well.
Dip pretzel iron ¾ in batter and deep fry until brown on both sides. Store in air tight can.
