Boil and shred, then SOAK:
- 2# Chicken Thighs
- 2 T. Hoising Sauce
- 2T Brown Sugar
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Pcs. Ginger
VEGETABLES:
- 1 Head Lettuce (slice)
- 3 Celery Stalks (slice)
- 3 carrots (grate)
- 8 Green Onions (cut 1″)
- 3 Bunches Chinese Parsley (cut 1″)
- 8 Cauliflower (flowerettes) – (cut bite size)
DEEP FRY:
- 1 bunch long rice
SAUCE – MIX
- 3 pkgs. dark Washington Gravy
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T sesame seeds
