Chinese Greens

Boil and shred, then SOAK:

  • 2# Chicken Thighs
  • 2 T. Hoising Sauce
  • 2T Brown Sugar
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 Pcs. Ginger

VEGETABLES:

  • 1 Head Lettuce (slice)
  • 3 Celery Stalks (slice)
  • 3 carrots (grate)
  • 8 Green Onions (cut 1″)
  • 3 Bunches Chinese Parsley (cut 1″)
  • 8 Cauliflower (flowerettes) – (cut bite size)

DEEP FRY:

  • 1 bunch long rice

SAUCE – MIX

  • 3 pkgs. dark Washington Gravy
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 1 T sesame seeds
