Chinese Chicken Salad
- 1/2 lb. white chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 iceberg lettuce, break into pieces
- 4 green onions, cut fine
- 2 T macadamia nuts
- 2 T toasted sesame seeds
- Maifun, deep fried
Dressing:
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 T vinegar
- 2 T sugar
- 1 tsp. ajinomoto
- 1/4 cup salad oil
Combine ingredients and mix just before serving. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
