Cherry Delight Dessert

• 1½ cup sugar
• 1 cup margarine
• 4 eggs, one at a time
• 2 cup flour
• 1 tbsp. lemon extract/juice
• 1 can cherry filling

Cream sugar and margarine, add one egg at a time and beat each time. Add flour and extract. Put in greased jelly roll pan and spoon on filling two tablespoons each serving piece. Bake for 45 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Spread confectioners sugar after baking.
