Buffalo Style Chicken Wings

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- Oil for deep frying
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 6 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
Cut wings at joints and discard tips. Wash and pat dry. In deep fryer or pan, deep fry wings in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Combine butter and pepper sauce in a bowl such as a Tupperware bowl with a snap-tight lid. Place wings in bowl, cover with lid, and coat with the sauce by shaking the bowl. Combine the last 4 ingredients for the blue cheese dip. Serve with celery sticks. Serves 8.
