Biondi’s Bruschetta

  • 1 large Italian loaf of bread
  • 2 large tomatoes, chop in fine little cubes
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 3 Tbsp. garlic
  • virgin olive oil

Mix tomatoes, onion, parsley, basil and garlic. Cut bread in oval slices. Pour olive oil on bread slices and spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture on top. Put in oven at 375° to 400° for 10 minutes to toast. Watch it! Enjoy as a wonderful pupu!
