Banana Bread

A Graduate

  • 3-1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 blocks butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Shake in bag all dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar and add sour cream, beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla, banana and nuts; add dry ingredients. Do not overbeat. Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven.

Yield: 4 loaves
