Banana Bread #1

  • 1 2/3 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (room temp)
  • 1 1/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Ea Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Mashed Bananas
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray or grease a 9″x5″ loaf pan.

2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.

3. In a separate bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream and bananas.

4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and blend until combined. Stir in nuts.

5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
