Aku Poke
- 1 lb. aku, cut in 3/4 in. squares
- 1 tsp. Hawaiian salt
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup chopped raw limu
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp. chopped chili pepper (seeds removed)
Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Allow flavors to blend for 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled.
