Aku Poke

  • 1 lb. aku, cut in 3/4 in. squares
  • 1 tsp. Hawaiian salt
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 cup chopped raw limu
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp. chopped chili pepper (seeds removed)

Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Allow flavors to blend for 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled.
