Aburage Hijiki Pupu

  • 1/4 cup hijiki
  • 1 pkg. aburage (4 triangles), cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 chili pepper, minced
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced diagonally
  • Salt to taste

Soak hijiki 2 to 4 hours. Rinse and squeeze out water. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients; blend well. Add hijiki. Soak overnight for full flavor.
