Marinated Mushrooms

  • 1/3 c. wine vinegar
  • 2/3 c. olive or salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 lbs. small fresh mushrooms

Combine and put in Mason Jar. Marinate at least one day. The longer you marinate the stronger and better they are. Yum-m! To serve – remove garlic, place on dish to be toothpicked out.
