Won Ton

- 1 lb. ground pork
- ½ lb. raw shrimp, chopped
- 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, chopped
- 2 to 3 stalks green onions, chopped
- ¼ c. chopped mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. shoyu
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 to 7 sprigs parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pkg. won ton wrappers
Combine all of the ingredients. Mix well. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of the wrappers, using a small amount of water to seal the edges. Fold into triangle and then deep fry until golden brown. Yield: 80 to 90 pieces.
