Won Ton

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • ½ lb. raw shrimp, chopped
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, chopped
  • 2 to 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • ¼ c. chopped mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 to 7 sprigs parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pkg. won ton wrappers

Combine all of the ingredients. Mix well. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of the wrappers, using a small amount of water to seal the edges. Fold into triangle and then deep fry until golden brown. Yield: 80 to 90 pieces.
