Strawberry Mold

  • 1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 3 oz. cream cheese (or 1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.)
  • 1 bottle Avoset, whipped
  • 1 basket strawberries, sliced
  • Marshmallows

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add cold water. Refrigerate until Jell-O just begins to gel. Fold in whipped avoset and cream cheese and add strawberries and marshmallows. Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
