Mango Bread
Mixture I:
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 c. diced mango
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. raisins
Mixture 2:
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Combine two mixtures. Pour in 8 inch square pan. Top with topping:
- 2/3 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Bake in 325 degree F. oven about 40 minutes.
