Guava Muffins

  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. guava concentrate

Stir dry ingredients together. Combine remaining ingredients and add all at once to dry mixture. Stir until just moistened. Fill lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake.
Temperature: 400 degrees F.
Time: 12 – 15 minutes

Yield: 9 – 12 muffins
