Lemon Pudding

Mrs. Yasushi Kurisu – Hakalau

  • 1 lge. can evap. milk
  • 1 can water
  • ½ c brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg, well-beaten
  • ½ c cornstarch
  • ½ c water
  • 1 tsp lemon extract

Stir together milk, water, sugar and salt and cook until mixture comes to a boil. Add the well-beaten egg to the mixture just before boiling point. Mix cornstarch and water and add slowly to boiling water. Then add lemon extract.
