Coconut Cookies III

Mrs. Sueko Fukuda – Houselot

• 1 c butter
• ½ c powdered sugar
• 3 c cake flour
• 1 can coconut or about 2 c fresh coconut

Cream butter, and add powdered sugar. Add flour and coconut to creamed mixture.

Shape into balls and then flatten out. Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven, 375° F. for about 15 minutes. While still warm, rub powdered sugar on the tops of the cookies.
