Orange Juice Salad Dressing (Aderezo de china)

  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T. thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 1 T. shoyu
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 T. honey
  • Several twists cracked black pepper

Mix together olive oil, vinegar, orange juice concentrate, shoyu, mustard, honey and pepper. Good on any greens. Keep in refrigerator 3 to 4 days.
