Orange Juice Salad Dressing (Aderezo de china)

- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
- 2 T. thawed orange juice concentrate
- 1 T. shoyu
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. honey
- Several twists cracked black pepper
Mix together olive oil, vinegar, orange juice concentrate, shoyu, mustard, honey and pepper. Good on any greens. Keep in refrigerator 3 to 4 days.
