Okayu (Rice Porridge)
- ½ cup uncooked rice
- 6 cups water
- ½ tsp. salt
Wash rice. Boil water. Add rice and simmer until rice is soft. This is very light and soupy. Very good for upset stomachs as well as invalids and infants.
