Margarita Cake

  • 18 oz. orange cake mix
  • 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 2/3 C. water
  • 1/4 C. lemon juice
  • 1/4 C. tequila
  • 2 T. triple sec
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 1 T. tequila
  • 2 T. triple sec
  • 2 T. limejuice

Preheat the oven to 350°. Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, water, lemon juice, 1/4 C. tequila and 2 T. triple sec together. Pour mixture into an oiled and floured bundt pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes. For the topping, mix powdered sugar, 1 T. tequila, 2 T. triple sec and limejuice until smooth. Allow cake to set for 10 minutes after removing from the oven. Pour the topping over the cake.
