Kobu Tsukudani
- 1 pkg. Kiri kobu
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup shoyu
- chili pepper
Wash kobu. Put water, chili pepper, shoyu and sugar in pot, when it boils add kobu. Cook on medium heat. Stir once in a while. If it is too hard to your taste add water again and cook till it suits you.
