Guava Ice-Cream

- 2 c guava pulp
- 1 2/3 c sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk (tall)
- 2 T lemon juice
Mix sugar, guava pulp and lemon juice and mix well. Whip evaporated milk. (To whip, place milk into freezing tray or bowl until crystals form on the edge and then beat until double the amount.)
Stir in the guava pulp and freeze. Stir once during freezing.
