Graham Loaf
Mrs. Harold Krank – Ohea
- ½ lb graham crackers
- ½ lb dates, pitted and chopped
- ½ c chopped nuts
- ½ lb marshmallows, diced
- 3 T lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
Roll crackers into crumbs. Combine ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add some cream if too dry. Form into a roll. Wrap in waxed paper. Let stand overnight. Slice and serve with whipped cream.
Serves 10.
