Hot Crab Salad
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shrimp (boiled & chopped)
- 1 can crab
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 8 water chestnuts (chopped)
- 2 cups potatoes (boiled & cubed)
- 1 can cream of celery soup (no water)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 t. salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 T. butter
- 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs
Melt butter, add crumbs and set aside. Beat egg and add all other ingredients. Pour into a 6×10 or 8×8-inch pan. Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
