Smoky Salmon Spread

  • 1 can (7 1/2 oz.) red salmon
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 3 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Dash of pepper

Drain all salmon liquid from can. Soften cream cheese and crumble salmon in cheese. Mix in the rest of ingredients well. Place in a serving dish and chill. Serve with crackers.
