Gyooza (Pot Stickers)
Combine ingredients and fill in gyooza wrappers.
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 3 mushrooms, soaked in water & chopped fine
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. shoyu
- 1 tbsp. sake
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 box gyooza wrappers
Pan fry until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup water, cover pot and continue cooking on low heat until done.
