Gyooza (Pot Stickers)

Combine ingredients and fill in gyooza wrappers.

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 3 mushrooms, soaked in water & chopped fine
  • 2 stalks green onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. shoyu
  • 1 tbsp. sake
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 box gyooza wrappers

Pan fry until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup water, cover pot and continue cooking on low heat until done.
