Mushi Yokan (Steamed Red Beans)

- 1 cup strained cooked azuki (see pg. 121 for first part of recipe for azuki koshi an)
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup liquid from azuki
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a loaf pan and steam 45-60 minutes. Cool and slice.
