Green Tea Kanten
Mrs. Shigeo Soga
- 2 sticks white kanten
- 3½ cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon powdered green tea
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Follow directions given for Lemon Kanten #1 until where pot is removed from heat.
Then mix powdered tea, sugar, and water; add to kanten mixture. Pour into baking pan to cool and set.
