Berry Breakfast Shake

- 1 c. cold skim milk
- 1 banana, frozen (or fresh banana and 1/2 c. ice)
- 1/4 c. frozen raspberries or other frozen berries
Combine all ingredients and blend in blender until smooth.
Hint: Freeze bananas without peels and they will be much easier to use.
This shake can accompany you to work.
