Greek Pita Pizza

- 4 large pita bread
- 4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
- ½ c. crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- ¼ c. Kalamata olives, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange pitas on a baking sheet. Evenly divide the toppings between each pita, starting with diced tomatoes, red onion, olives, and Feta cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is soft. Serve individual slices as an appetizer or the whole pizza with a salad as a meal.
