Okara and Surimi Patties

  • 1 container of ready-to-eat okara
  • 1 carton (8 oz.) surimi or Chinese fishcake
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 6 stalks watercress, finely chopped
  • 1/2 carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 konnyaku, finely sliced

Combine ingredients and mix well. Make patties and bake at 350° oven for 30 minutes.

NOTE: Any vegetable may be used.
