Filipino Style Ogo
- 3 lbs. ogo
- ½ cup Japanese vinegar
- ½ cup shoyu
- ½ cup green onion
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ med. round onion (salted & squeezed)
- ½ cup dried shrimp (soaked & diced)
- Red pepper to taste
Blanch ogo; drain and cool. Cut into 2″ pieces. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ogo.
