Keiki Lomi Salmon
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
- ¼ lb. salted salmon, cut in chunks
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 stalk green onion, minced
- ¼ cup green pepper, minced
Remove blossom end of tomatoes. Remove seeds and pulp with a small spoon. Combine with salmon, onions, and green pepper. Mash the mixture with a fork or lomi (crush) with fingers. Refill tomatoes. Chill and serve.
