Energy Bars

  • 3 1/2 Cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 Cups Quaker Oats
  • 3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Peanuts
  • 1 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1 Pkg Marshmallows (10 oz. bag)

1. Toast cereal, sesame seeds, peanuts, and raisins in a 3 quart saucepan on medium high heat until crunchy.

2. Combine peanut butter, butter, and marshmallows in a Teflon fry pan over low heat and stir constantly until melted. Add cereal mixture and stir to coat.

3. Pour onto greased cookie sheet (with sides) and press into a layer ½” thick with the back of a buttered spoon.

4. Cut into bars while still warm. Let cool and wrap individually in waxed paper.
