Holiday Cookies

  • 1 pkg chocolate pudding & pie filling
  • 1/2 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Combine pudding mix, flour, baking powder; mix well. Melt margarine in saucepan, remove from heat, add sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Blend in vanilla and pudding mix. Stir in nuts, spread on greased 8-inch square pan, 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

NOTE: Foolproof! Very easy to make.
