- 3 Cups Bisquick
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
- 3 Ea Large Eggs
- 1 1/4 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup Margarine, melted
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. In another bowl, beat eggs and milk with a fork. Add to dry ingredients. Add butter and margarine (can be slightly warm, but not hot) and stir thoroughly.
4. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes.
