Cheddar-Vegetable Dip
From Susan H. Myhre, Unit 9, UH, Oahu
- 11/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Cheddar
- 1/4 cup chopped Maui onion
- 3 tablespoons minced green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon milk
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
