Bread Pudding

–Fran Young, Auxiliary President 1982-1983

• 2 cups bread, cut in big pieces
• 4 cups hot milk
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 4 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in hot milk. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350º until done.
