Chinese Cabbage
Mrs. Fusae Nakakura – Haina
- Chinese cabbage
- 1 tsp salt
- ginger and garlic
- 1 T fat
- 1/2 c water
Wash and cut cabbage into 1/2″ pieces. Melt fat, add salt, ginger and garlic. Add cabbage and water and cook till tender.
